Tips and Tricks for Improving Multiple Sclerosis

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is pretty simple – if you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address in order to send a newsletter informing you when new content goes up. Still, since the site hopefully has global reach, we need to be compliant with GDPR and other data-subject legislation. According to those frameworks, data subjects (that’s you) have the following rights:

  • The right to be informed: Like it says above, your email address will only be used to inform you when new content goes up.
  • The right to access: Strictly speaking, you have the right to view the personal data we capture, but since it’s just your email address, which you entered of your own choice, it seems a little redundant. But still, gotta tag that base.
  • The right to rectification: This is just a fancy way of saying that you can update your information at any time.
  • The right to be forgotten: You can be removed from the list at any time. Just don’t go saying I never write or call.
  • The right to portability: Given that we only collect your email address, I’m not sure this is relevant but if you want it, you’ve got it.
  • The right to restrict processing: If you don’t want to get emails informing you of new content, you have only to say so. You won’t hurt my feelings. Much. (Sniff)
  • The right to withdraw consent: Okay, if you want to break up with me, just say so.
  • The right to object: If you want to pick a fight over getting the new content newsletter that you asked to receive, well, who am I to stand in the way of your bliss?

To address any of these issues or just to say hi, please reach out through the contact form. You will receive communications from there.
